Booking become effectively valid upon payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay which shall be paid by bank transfer within a week from booking, using the details that will be sent to you by email.
On the day of arrival, your rooms will be available from 5 p.m.
Please let us know if you expect to arrive after 8 p.m.
In the event of late arrival, we will be compelled to charge you the full price for the period booked.
On the day of departure, please vacate your room/s by 10 a.m.
In the event of early departure, we will be compelled to charge you the full price for the period booked.
We accept cash, credit or debit cards (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, EC card) or bank transfer in advance. We do not accept cheques.
Reservations can only be canceled with e.mail.
As confirmation of the stay, a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required. There is no refund for cancellations made in any time but you receved a voucher for the amount of the deposit paid to be used for a stay of the same number of days in the same season.
From the 30th day to the 14th day of the arrival date, payment of 70% of the total stay is required.
From the 13th day to the day of arrival, payment of 100% of the total stay is required.
In the event of a total or partial lock down, the amount of the deposit will be converted into a voucher to be used for a subsequent stay of equal value.
In case of early departure or late arrival with respect to the booking made, payment of the price for the booked period will be required.
Small dogs are allowed on request, only in some rooms, with a supplement of Euro 20 per pet per day.
